New 3W Miniature DC/DC converter

The ME300RU series, is a series of ultra-miniature, high performance DC/DC converters. They provide tightly regulated outputs at 3W of isolated power while packaged in a miniature SIP package that takes up a minimum of board space. The ideal choice for a wide variety of board level industrial power applications where performance requirements are high and board space is limited.

• Packaged in a miniature SIP case that measures just 0.67 x 0.38 x 0.48 in (17.0 x 9.45 x 12.2 mm)
• Operates from wide  4:1 inputs of 4.5 – 18 VDC, 9 – 36 VDC, and 18 – 75 VDC
• Single and dual outputs of 3.3, 5, 12, 15, ±5, ±12 or ±15 VDC
• Input/output isolation of 1,600 VDC, ±1% load regulation
• Continuous short circuit protection and a remote on/off control input
• Temperature range of -40°C to +76°C with no heat sinking required
