New ultra-miniature 32.768KHZ Oscillators

Ultra-miniature (fully ceramic) 32.768kHz oscillators operable from 1.6-5.5V, and feature tight calibration tolerance and ultra-low current consumption of 0.45μA typical. They have a calibration tolerance, with other values available on request. These oscillators also feature low ageing characteristics of just ±3ppm first year maximum at 25°C, and are optionally available with AEC-Q200 qualification. Both oscillators, OV7605C8 and OM7605C8 are available in 2.0 x 1.2mm footprint with AEC-Q200 qualification.
