Two New Miniature TCXOs with EN50155 Compliance

EN50155:2017 is the international standard for electronics equipment used on rolling stock within the railway industry and we are now able to offer two temperature compensated oscillators which are available with optional EN50155 standard compliance.

The GTXO-251T TCXO is an ultra-miniature 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8mm component with excellent stability down to ±0.5ppm. There are also several operating temperature range options including as wide as -40 to +85°C.

Both the GTXO-251T and the GTXO-251V are operable at any voltage over the 1.8V ~ 3.3V voltage range, and you are able to specify a test voltage to ensure you have the performance data you need for your particular application.

The GTXO-251V and GTXO-251T are miniature TCXOs available with EN50155 compliance for railway applications.
The GTXO-251V temperature compensated oscillator with voltage controlled frequency adjustment is available with two voltage control options, either the standard ±8ppm ~ ±14ppm, 1.5V ±1.0V, or a wide pullability option of ±15ppm ~ ±25ppm is also available, making this component an excellent choice for some AIS applications which require wider voltage controlled frequency adjustment.
