The 3000T brings you the most complete measurement solution with an uncompromised update rate of more than 1 million waveforms/sec and with capabilities of 6 integrated instruments in 1:

- Mixed signal analysis on digital channels:

- Arbitrary waveform generator

- DVM

- 8-digit counter with totalizer

- Serial protocol analysis, including MIL-STD 1553 and ARINC 429 bus support

Also contain:

– Added CXPI triggering and decode option (DSOXT3CXPI).
– Added NFC triggering option (DSOXT3NFC).
– Added frequency response analysis to Power Application (PSRR and Control Loop Response).
– Added FFT phase math operator.
