Laser Omgevingsscanner (2D)

2D laser scanners for contactless distance measurements in industrial environments &outdoor applications.The scanner interface outputs the contour data on the recorded surrounding by constantly incorporating/combining raw data with distance and angle values.

Key features:

• Capturing range of 120 meter radius on dark targets and 250 m on bright targets. (depending on scanner type)
• Angle up to 360° (depending on scanner type).
• With optional swiveling platform (3D-Unit) for 3D rendering.
• 3 series: 11X, 13X and 22x series (see spec sheet)

Applications:
Scanner can be used in different kinds of industries thanks to its large measuring range, unrestricted scan angle and high angular resolution:

• Measurement of length, width, height, level and situation of objects and environments
• Positioning of objects for crane control optimization
• Container recognition/measurement in ports
• Profile and volume measurement
• Object protection
• Measurement of bulk material on conveyor belts or transport vehicles

Measuring method:

• scanning surroundings with multiple pulsed IR laser beams that are transmitted via rotating lens head.
• Lase 2000D sends out extremely short light pulses, measures running time of these pulses to the object & back, calculates distance & angle of the returned pulses
• Max. rate of 15 times/second
• profile picture of the complete environment is created, including every object.
